Upload a PDF or photo, or forward an invoice to your company's own Contracker address. Contracker reads the important details.

Each contract gets a responsible manager and a backup, with the number of seats and the price per seat.

Eight weeks before the notice deadline, the owner gets the facts: price, seats in use and price history.

Contracker drafts an email to the supplier. The owner edits and approves it, and the answer comes back into the contract file.

These are the prices from 1 March 2027. Each plan includes a number of contracts, and Team and Business include as many users as you need. Cancel at any time.

Is our data safe with you?
Contracts and documents are stored encrypted in the European Union, with a key that belongs to your company. We only use your data to manage your contracts and never sell it. You can make two-factor login compulsory for your team.
Do you contact our suppliers yourselves?
No email goes out until the contract owner in your company has read and approved it. It is sent on behalf of your company, and the answer comes back into Contracker. Accepting an offer is always your own decision.
What does an extra user cost?
Nothing. Team and Business include unlimited users, so you can invite every manager as a contract owner.
Can I use Contracker for personal contracts too?
Yes. With Solo you can keep track of your own contracts as well, such as energy, internet, phone and insurance: up to 25 contracts, with reminders and a cost report.
What counts as a contract?
Every agreement you add, from a software subscription to a lease or maintenance contract. On Team and Business you can add blocks of 25 contracts for €15 a month.
Can't we cancel business contracts whenever we like?
Often not. In the Netherlands, business contracts are less protected by law than consumer contracts, and many renew for a full year when the notice deadline passes. Contracker calculates the deadline from the contract details. Always check it against the contract itself.
Can Contracker read our seats from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Not yet. For now you enter the seats in use yourself, and Contracker asks each owner to check them once a month. A connection with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is planned.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like; it then runs until the end of the period you already paid for. You can export all your data first.
