The agreements for using Contracker. This is a draft. It is checked and completed before Contracker goes live.
1. Who we are
Contracker is a service of Klanderman ICT Advies BV, Pijlkruidstraat 2, 8245 JN Lelystad, Chamber of Commerce number 09103680. You can reach us at info@contracker.nl.
2. The service
Contracker keeps your contracts in one overview, reminds you before a notice period ends and can ask suppliers for a better deal on your behalf. You decide whether to accept an offer.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
4. Subscription and payment
The free plan holds a limited number of contracts. A paid plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Mollie. Solo includes VAT; Team, Business and extra contracts exclude VAT. As a consumer, you see the price including VAT before you pay.
You pay at the start of each period through Mollie. You make the first payment with iDEAL (now Wero). With it, you give Mollie a mandate to collect the following amounts automatically by direct debit. You can change your payment details in your account. Paying on invoice is not possible.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on your subscription page. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
As a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days after you took it out, without giving a reason. You do this with the button 'Withdraw from the contract here', which you always see in your account during those 14 days (article 6:230oa of the Dutch Civil Code). There you fill in your name, choose the subscription and the email address for the confirmation, and click 'Confirm withdrawal'. We send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email at once, with what you submitted and the date and time. You can also withdraw by email to info@contracker.nl, or with the model form in the appendix.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the information in Contracker correct, but the contract itself and your supplier’s terms always decide.
7. Changes
When these terms change, we tell you in advance by email.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
Disputes are brought before the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
