Cancelling your subscription

In the menu under your name, go to Subscription and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and then moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept so you can continue later.

Want to delete all your data as well? Export it first, then close your account under General, in the menu under your name.

Cancelling by email is not possible, because we need to be sure the request comes from you.
