- Adding your first contractsGo to Contracts and choose Add contract.
- Cancelling your subscriptionIn the menu under your name, go to Subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
- Exporting or deleting your dataIn the menu under your name, General, Your data, you can download everything as one ZIP file: your contracts and costs as a CSV file, with the documents you uploaded.
- How support worksContracker has no phone or chat.
- How a negotiation email worksOn a contract you can choose Ask the supplier, or choose Renegotiate in a review.
- How the notice deadline is calculatedThe notice deadline is the last day you can give notice before the contract renews automatically.
- Plans and pricesFree: up to 10 contracts, 1 user, reminders.
- When you get remindersBy default you get a reminder 8 weeks, 4 weeks and 1 week before the notice deadline.
- Uploading a contractUpload a PDF or a photo of the contract, a quote or an invoice.
- What does Contracker do?Contracker puts all your contracts in one overview: what you pay, how many seats you have, who is responsible, and the last day you can give notice.
