How a negotiation email works

On a contract you can choose Ask the supplier, or choose Renegotiate in a review. Contracker then drafts an email to the supplier with the facts: current price, price history, seats in use and the term you want.

You read the email, change what you want and approve it. Only then is it sent, from a Contracker address linked to this contract. The supplier's reply comes back into the contract file.

Contracker does not accept or cancel anything without your confirmation in the app.
