Uploading a contract

Upload a PDF or a photo of the contract, a quote or an invoice. Contracker reads the key details: supplier, price, term, notice period and, if present, the number of seats and the price per seat.

You see the result as a draft first. Check the details and choose Confirm. Only then does the contract count in your overview and reminders.

Is something wrong? Correct it in the draft. A hard-to-read photo gives weaker results; a PDF works best.

Do not upload documents with a citizen service number (BSN), such as a rental or employment contract that shows your BSN. Make the number unreadable first. If one is in it anyway, we make it unreadable in the text we keep, the AI does not read the document, and we ask you to delete the original file and upload a version without the BSN.
